In the unfortunate circumstance that you experience an issue or have a complaint, please refer to our FAQ’s page where you will find the answer to most questions.

If you have still not found the answer to your query, please then refer the matter to your account manager, or their team leader in your account manager’s absence.

If the matter cannot be easily resolved it will be sent to our customer service team to investigate.
